  • Kristen "Kiki" Rathbun

Kristen “Kiki” Rathbun has been at Spotco for 15 years. She has always had a passion for theater, musicals and dance but she really caught the theater bug at Horseheads High School when there was a casting call for tap dancers for their upcoming production of Anything Goes. Having danced as a child, her 9-year old time-step got her a part and she never looked back. She spent the whole of her college experience saving up money to travel to NYC and see Broadway shows. She is a proud alumnae of SUNY Geneseo and their Musical Theater Club. She discovered Spotco through her final research project in college: a compare and contrast essay on Spotco and Serino Coyne. After scouring the Playbill Listings for jobs, she got an interview at Spotco, brought her paper like a total nerd and the rest is history. She started her career at Spotco in the Accounts Department then helped to build the Partnerships Department which she led for 9 years focusing on how to elevate both Spotco and our clients in the community through promotional events, media added value and strategic partnership - all with the goal of raising awareness and excitement for Broadway. In her current role as SVP of Communications, she focuses on external communication and industry visibility as well as internal communication within the growing (and rebuilding) agency. Additionally, she maintain’s the agency’s relationships in the streaming space with Apple TV+ and HBO Max. Though she’s proud of many of her accomplishments and experiences on Broadway, helping to create the BWA is at the top of the list.
