In a peer partnership, both individuals contribute their unique experiences and skills to help each other grow personally and professionally. Designed to empower women at all stages of their careers, participants will gain valuable insights, exchange industry knowledge, and navigate career challenges together in a collaborative and supportive safe space.
Whether you’re just entering the industry and looking to connect with other early career colleagues, you’re a senior-level leader who wants to reconnect with your peers on a more personal level, or anywhere in between, this program will match you with a peer at a comparable experience level in order to uplift each other in achieving your goals.
The program also offers monthly pointers to make the most of your partnership, as well as skill-building workshops throughout the year.
